What to bring to a consultation...

To make the most of your initial consultation with Herrenkohl Law Office, please bring all of the documentation about your case. With all of the needed information at hand, we can quickly determine the specifics of your case, as well as a course of action.   • Income information for you and your spouse, including tax returns, W2s, and 1099. Please provide information for the past several years, if possible.
  • The most recent statements from 401(k), IRA, or other retirement plans for you and your spouse.
  • Names and ages of any minor children, as well as any extenuating circumstances such as medical conditions, academic issues, etc.
  • Any pictures or other documentation that support your claims, such as infidelity, domestic violence, etc.
